Kavi Rajendran


Kavi has almost 20 years of experience in business operations, strategic account management, sourcing and resource planning, manpower utilisation, performance management and team health and wellbeing. Holding roles in the GCC, Africa and India, he has unmatched knowledge in pre-sales, sales and post-sales activities across a range of business verticals, as well as extensive experience in new partner acquisition and client success.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce Master’s in Business Administration from Loyola College in India, Kavi joined Dulsco Group in 2012. A decade later, he began working with Parisima Talent where he now has direct responsibility for the management and expansion of our Contract staffing business in UAE, KSA and the wider region. As well as overseeing the recruitment function, sourcing techniques and methodology, he is currently focusing on pre-sales and post-sales activities across various international markets in manpower solutions, and enhancing clients’ end-to-end support, including the employee journey, engagement and welfare.

It’s important to adapt to and embrace these evolving business needs with new technology, such as AI-powered screening, applicant tracking systems, chatbots and virtual recruitment to speed up the hiring process and create a smooth, positive experience for both candidates and clients.
