Born and raised in Dubai, Naqash started his career with Dulsco Group in 2012, after graduating from Middlesex University.   A decade later, he moved across to Parisima, where he leads a growing Business Development team that uses smart working strategies to meet sales targets and grow the business in line with its expansion plans.  Naqash is also responsible for bringing in and onboarding new strategic long-term clients.

Naqash on the recruitment sector:  The recruitment sector continues to grow, with Middle East companies prepared to pay for the right talent – and for the right services to bring in that talent.  Increasingly, clients are outsourcing their recruitment processes so that they can focus on core business activities.

His philosophy in life: As Martin Luther King Jr said, if you can’t fly, then run; if you can’t run, then walk; if you can’t walk, then crawl, but whatever you do, you have to keep moving forward.
