With 15 years’ experience including nearly a decade in the Gulf Region, Melvin is responsible for Parisima Talent’s strategy and growth across the Middle East.

A specialist in managed service programs in retail, logistics, business set up and operations, Melvyn has worked with world-leading staffing and recruitment companies in roles including Regional Head, Vice President and Country Head, and played a key role in setting up business across 16 countries. He’s also an expert in Sales and Account Management, conceptualising products and services in staff development, and advising on strategies for geographical growth.

Melvin joined Parisima Talent in 2022, and currently focusing on further business growth in KSA, a massive new market with huge demand for talent and staffing solutions, as well as an internal expansion into South-east Asia.

Melvin on the recruitment sector: One of the biggest focal points right now is on growing local talent in Saudi Arabia, where there is a government-led push to provide career and development opportunities for Saudi nationals.
