One of our most recent new leadership team members, Vanessa joined Parisima Talent in 2024 with over 15 years’ of proven, hands-on experience in all areas of recruitment.

An expert in recruitment, talent acquisition, executive search and recruitment process outsourcing, managing and delivering end-to-end solutions and large-scale permanent recruitment projects, she has a proven track record in creating effective delivery models, pricing structures and implementation strategy.

Her progressive career began and as a recruiter in the banking and finance sector, leading a team of industry-specialist permanent recruitment consultants as well as all Emiratisation initiatives.

At Parisima Talent, she leads a dedicated, growing team specialising in large-volume recruitment in the UAE, KSA and wider region who, between them, handle around 500 hires each year. Among her focus areas are providing strategic direction, enhancing Parisima’s solutions and services by leveraging talent, technology and data, and fostering strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
